What is the best cleaner and or way to clean ceramic tile floors?

What is the best solution and mop to use when cleaning ceramic floors, what makes them shine the best and what cleans them the best. Everything I seem to try is to soapy and does not clean good. Thank you.
I've had ceramic tile floors in the whole house for over 25 years and agree, soap doesn't work. I've always used warm water with white vinegar in it. It cuts grease and puts a great shine on the floor -- also, does NOT make the tile slippery like soap can.

I have tried several kinds, but I only seem to be getting the top dirt.
I use the Shark to steam my grout. Its amazing and well worth the money if youre a clean freak.

Best ceramic floor tile cleaner?

I have ceramic tile in my living room and kitchen. It seems to get this black film on it that I can not get off without using magic eraser. I hate the thoughts of being on my hands and knees scrubbing with a magic eraser from now on. Any suggestions?

I use white vinegar and water and put it in Clorox Ready Mop dispenser so it is easy to spray and mop.. 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water.

If the tile has been properly sealed, plain water will do the trick. If it hasn't been sealed, you may have to use muratic acid.
