where can i buy acheap decking kit for the garden 2.4 2.4 square meter

Simply take the measurements you have already listed to a timber merchant and tell them what you want. Big chains like Homebase will obviously be expensive but going straight to wholesaler will be beneficial, many do not require an account for trade only and you'll save a fortune in the process.
To save even more money, purchase Decks & Decking by Alan and Gill Bridgewater, its available from WHSmiths and has everything you need to know to be able to construct the decking yourself. Remember when there is a will, theres a way.

I'm looking to build a basic lap panel fence and also a small decking area and have found what i need from Wickes but i was wondering if anyone can recommend anywhere cheaper or better for fencing and decking supplies. I don't want any 'kits', just the raw components and somewhere that will deliver as i don't have a van.
I've just done a deck and the best price I got was from Jewson

Just about any lumber yard or home center (ie; home depot, lowes, etc..) would have small kits. They will also be able to help you design a patio deck and put the materials together for you, in a kit form.

Leatherworking: Leg Armor Kits
By far, this is my most undeviating market I participate in. Demand remains constant, prices are prosperous to keep going up, and materials for the kits always costs less than the finished product. Back in Violent Crusade, leg armor kits where my main source of income, which I wrote an article on a while back. This method had an estimated 6000g per hour! Towards the end of that burgeoning, profit margins were as high as 200g per kit due to falling prices of primals. Now the Leatherworking epic leg armor kits are no longer repute based, but a trained recipe. Many Leatherworkers will craft lots of these solely to level up. This is one reason why you see low priced leg armor for very close to the worth of the materials. There is still profit to be had on these items and possibly more if you wait register 3.1 when lots of players will need them for their new PvE, offspec, and PvP leggings. The arrant thing is that it takes very little time to buy materials and talent these kits. Take for example how fast it takes to make just one kit, doubtlessly about 1 minute. Running to the auction house, buying out materials, debut mail, and crafting it. So in 60 min you have produced about 60 kits, with profit being around 50-100g each. This turns out to be up to 6000g per hour. As I mentioned before in the TBC variant of this article, these kits only sell so fast, so you may have to re-listing them constantly. That gold sketch does not mean that spending an hour doing this will give you a critical 6000g at the end of the hour. Even farming methods are not like this because you have to go through the auction assembly before your gold comes in the mail. However this will give you the inventory worth 6000g in profit when they all blow the whistle on. I am sure most of our readers know this already. ...
