Can kitchen hardware be antique brass if the refrigerator and viking stove are stainless steel?

I also plan to do lighting and kitchen faucets in an antique brass finish. The cabinets are inset cabinets with the antique brass hinges showing as well.
In my opinion, this would look hidious. The metals should all be the close to the same color.

How much is our antique soapstone sink worth?

We have a huge, triple basin, original antique soapstone sink in our basement. Has original faucet and scrolled iron legs. My dad said these things are worth quite a bit, and that the triple basin ones are extremely rare - anyone have any idea how much it's worth before we put it on eBay? Thanks! :)

first step would be to scrub the brass because all new brass is given a protective finish to keep it BRIGHT! I found that out years ago when I wanted to do the same to my new candle holders & it worked. Use a fine steelwool with soft srub or a new S.O.S. You don't want to use anything too abrasive. After that for a hurry up process you should try an art supply store. there are products to add an antique finish of all kinds to projects. Good Luck!!

Purchased this faucet 2 months ago
We had a Moen faucet that fell apart after 8 years. I started my research, locally and on the Web. The decision was Danze, for their reputation and warranty (life time replacement).
My husband put aside an entire Saturday for this project, just in case something terrible happened. He removed the Moen and was able to install the Stainless Steel Danze in a hour. Since I was the observer of his project, all he did was unattach the old and reattach the new.
Actually it took more time to remove the crud underneath the plate. He did have to buy the Silicone (does not come in the package), the instructions clearly state what is needed.
Also the warranty needed to be mailed in. There is no on line registration. So far, 2 months later it is as sturdy as can be. The handles and pull out sprout feel secure. At the time I purchased this item, Amazon was the best price at $192.
Although it does not 'exactly' match the Stainless Steel color of the sink itself (Moen sink, Danze faucet), I am very pleased with this purchase.

THE HANDLE FELL OFF!
When I first bought this faucet, I was extremely pleased with how nice it looked, especially for the reasonable price. But now, little more than four months after I purchased it, the handle fell off and won't screw back in. This is practically brand new and I'm already having problems. I'm going to have to check now to see if there's a warranty. this is very annoying because if I need to replace it, I'm going to have to spend even more money on a plumber to reinstall it. BUYER BEWARE! I strongly recommend you buy a different brand.

Just received this faucet, but haven't installed. It is beautiful! I saw it in a showroom and thought I would like it. The price was so much lower and the shipping was fast. My husband will install after we get our new counter and he was impressed with the quality and the good install instructions. I would recommend to anyone.
Kitchen Faucet
The pull out is smooth and quiet. It feels high quality looks nice to boot! The color is the "redish" oil rubbed bronze, but coordinated nicely with a darker water filter faucet and aerator that I had ordered separately.
