Can I use a bar faucet as a lavatory faucet? Is it as sturdy?

The bar faucets look the same as vessel faucets could it be interchangeable?
as long as they are the same width for mounting if will work just as well. I think they are both for 4 inch mounting holes.

Yeppers, I have installed a set of them for a client. They wanted the higher neck with a swivel to make it easier to wash their hair in the sink.

yes you can.
the only difference is the lavatory faucet "generally" has a spout that can adapt a garden hose to where the bar sink does not.

How do i fix take apart my vessell sink faucet that leaks?

It is a single handle type.

It leaks from the top handle and I don't really know what to do with it to take apart and fix it.
Please help. I got it from Overstock.com so I can't just take it back.
ok. Found it.
The handle sticking out of the front screws on.
The stud that it screws onto, it has an inset in the middle of the stud for an allen wrench, Unscrew it and the top comes off.
New problem - nut on top does not have room for me to get a wrench or socket on it. Any ideas?
Try to turn the cap nut (the entire top that the handle attaches to) off. The cartridge should just lift out.
This faucet may have a ceramic cartridge or it may be a Delta clone style. If it has a cartridge then get a replacement. If it has a Delta style ball with springs and rubber seals, get a rebuild kit.
If you have a parts view this would be much simpler.

This faucet's specifications does not tell me the water flow degree or distance between the spout to the center of the drain of the sink or vessel.
if any contractor has any knowledge towards this faucet please let me know.

1. A hose is hooked up to a faucet & the water is turned on.Water leaves the end of the hose under a specific amount of pressure
a. what happens to the hose if you put thumb over the opening?
b. what is happening to the pressure in the hose?
2. hoses are built to withstand a certain amt of pressure
a. what whould happen to the hose if the pressure were always near its maximum pressure?
b. how is related to what happens in a vessel in someone with atherosclerosis?

I won't do your homework for you. But I will tell you this:
1a&b. These should be common sense. Go outside and turn on the garden hose and tell your teacher what you've observed.
2a. Look up BERNOULLI'S LAW as it pertains to fluid pressure through a tube. There is a formula that related pressure to hose diameter and volume.
b. The answer is: high pressure is bad for vessels weakened by atherosclerosis.
