How do I get in touch on line with the comp dept of Armstrong flooring?

Armstrong representative has insinuated that the fact that we have dogs, is the reason our laminate flooring is curling. I would have had to let water or as the representative is saying urine from the dogs stand for a long long time. I dont even let the water when I clean the floor to stand . I dry the floor right away.
Our flooring has only been down for about l l/2 yrs
Even better-- get in touch with your local "Board of Contractors" and file a formal complaint, if you had the installation done professionally.
Such a complaint will have a greater chance of success than just asking the company directly for restitution.
If you did the job yourself-- you've a tougher road to hoe. Better Business Bureau, maybe...

Where can I find a discontinued brand of armstrong laminate flooring?

My sis in law started laying down this laminate flooring that someone gave her, but she didn't measure her area out and she's short a certain amount of tiles. It's those laminate sticky floor tiles, armstrong brand, color is carreau (some kind of white).........apparently, it's been discontinued and I've looked on the internet to no avail. Anyone familiar with where she could find this or a very close match? Thanks!!!!
try typing 'discontinued Armstrong flooring' into a Yahoo- or Google-type search engine...I just did and got a LOT of hits, as well as 'ads' on the side of the page...might take some time, but I bet it's out there. As previously mentioned, getting an exact color match might be hard.

What kind of dog is in the Armstrong floor commercials?

The commercial is a family watching a scary movie and the dog gets scared, pees and runs off. It's a cute little dog and has a pug/bulldog like face but I don't think it's either one of those? It seems like it's some kind of terrier?
that is a boston terrier. great little dogs. you can tell right away from the colors and its bulging eyes.

How do you take paint off of Armstrong vinyl floors?

We moved into a new home and the painters left little drops of paint on some of the flooring.
Remove any spill immediately, then wash with a cloth dipped in warm sudsy water. If paint remains, cover it with a rubbing alcohol compress. Let the compress remain in place for a few minutes. Wipe the paint with a cloth dampened with ammonia. (Do not use ammonia on linoleum or vinyl floor tile.) To remove any latent traces of the paint, try rubbing the area with superfine steel wool dipped in liquid wax. Wash thoroughly with soapy water, wipe dry, then wax.

Try rubbing at it with a paste made of baking soda with a little water. It should at least lighten the stain and the baking soda is non abrasive...won't scratch your flooring. You might also try some hydrogen peroxide...the stuff you put on your cuts. Just rub gently so you don't hurt your flooring surface. Best of luck.
