want to use monorail lighting in a room in a community center but only have experience spanning it across pick points 3' or less apart. does anyone have experience spanning the track or cable longer distances?
it depends on the light fixtures itself and the monorail which sometimes manufacture do make as long as 12' and the wattage used. if you overload the monorail, it'll heat up the transformer and shorten the lifespan.
