Porter-Cable Upholstery Stapler
Lots of products out there to meet this need. Porter's unit is well built, feels solid, easy to operate, and a great entry price-point. I'm not a professional upholstery fabricator, I'm re-doing my boat upholstery and am using this unit with my Porter-Cable compressor, using 3/8" x 3/8" stainless steel staples and it's been great. And I'm confident that I could complete my job, and turn it around in near new condition on EBay and get 80-90% of my money back!
One hint, adjust the air on your gun and test staples. At the higher end of the range it'll set the staples so far that the fabric will pull out (depending on your material and base). I had to run it on the lowest setting in the recommended range, which was as low as my regulator would adjust.
I definitely recommend this unit. Also, great vendor as well!

This is a Pro Stapler for sure!
Like any well made product the Porter Cable Upholstery Stapler is absolutely a delight to use. The 1" long extension is a must for anyone working on upholstery projects. We used it recently on some oak chairs using 3/8" fine wire staples from Amazon at 70psi. Follow the instructions and you should have no problems.

Performed Flawlessly
Have done various reupholstering projects through the years and had always hand stapled. What a difference this this tool made! It reduced the time required to complete the project and greatly improved the quality of the work. It did not "misfire" once. It is lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend the tool, at least for home use.

Good Stapler for the money
Nice little stapler for the money. Works great for stapling fabric on flat surfaces. The design of the safety tip ensures that your staple is a few millimeters behind where the safety tip meets your work piece. This makes it very difficult to use in tight spaces. I did experience several misfires where the drive pin that deployes the staple didn't fully tract once a staple was ejected, forcing me to have to open the staple magazine and manually push it back to the "ready" position. This seemed to happen regularly when attempting to use in tight spaces, but not so much on flat open spaces where the safety tip could be fully deployed.

Be Warned
I received this as a gift.
It will not take narrow crown staples, not 1/4 inch, not 3/8 inch. It looks like it probably takes 1/2 inch wide staples.
There is no possible way it could take anything else because of how the closing mechanism works.
Unless mine is a defect or something.

Easier on the hands
I purchased this tool to install carpeting on a stairway. The thought of having to do that task using a hand stapler never crossed my mind. I searched for staplers and found the Surebonder 9500 and based on previous reviews, I purchased the tool. I was not disappointed. I used Arrow staples and never had a misfire. I ran about 2000 staples through the gun over two days. Job completed. The only downside was that the plastic cap or air discharge left a few black marks on the walls. Good tool for small jobs. The next project is insulation.
Exceptional performance and value
I waited to run my first 1000 staples through the Surebonder before writing a review. It's been outstanding in every way. Lightweight and comfortable to operate, it delivers ample power to staple into dense hardwood with apparent ease, without jamming or misfiring. While power settings must be regulated at the compressor, the stapler has a very effective safety switch preventing firing unless pressed down on a surface. I hope that my favorable impression is born out over the next 100K staples.
Works Great
My wife had an upholstered chair from her grandma. It was not real old, but two of the springs came loose. To get at those, multiple layers of upholstery had to be pulled up. I bought a professional upholstery staple puller and this stapler. These two items made the job easy and the outcome was great.
We also used the stapler to attach triangular flags to dowels for a church kids' program.
I expect to use it for other things in the future. The price makes it nice for an occasional user like myself.
One thing I wish was that the sides of the stapler tapered to a point that corresponded to the center of the staple. That way you could naturally know where the staple would go. You have to think about centered the staple the way it is constructed.

The last detail anyone wants to do on a ebullient, sticky weekend is to elbow their way around B&Q, upsetting desperately to hoard up on stuff to neaten up up the garden. But how do you liven up the place up for (fingers crossed, feeling wood and all that jazz) next weekend's big summer barbecue if you can't take the activate of the superstore?
The cute little tin can lanterns that Sally Cameron Griffiths showed us how to be this time last year are a intelligent place to start, and, of lecture, there's the Guardian's own gardening blog for all kinds of unripe-fingered ideas. But once you've managed all that, then perhaps you can have a go at a quintessential British garden badge: a classic loop of bunting. Unstrained-peasy to grow into and hang up, it's an A- way to brighten up even the most joyless of back yards.
But do memorialize - it's a bank furlough next weekend. Perhaps we should about off cracking out the barbecue and the sewing box for a few more days. No one wants to queasiness anything …

To make certain all the triangles are the same enormousness, cut a template from birthday card to draw around. I reckon want triangles are bettor than short stubby ones.
Track two: Draw the triangles
Go away around the template on to your stuff using a pencil or chess-piece of tailors' chalk. Recollect to rotate the die each time you paint another triangle so you can get as many pieces as you can from your heart.
